PAYMENT

We accept payment with orders by cheque or postal order payable to Dunstans Publishing Ltd, or by credit/debit card which are processed by Protx's secure on-line payment system. For payments by cheque, your order will be not be despatched until we receive payment.

DELIVERY

Please allow up to a maximum of fourteen days for delivery, depending on what part of the world the order is sent to. Typically, orders are dispatched within two to three working days. RETURNING GOODS

Whereas every effort is made to supply high quality goods as shown, if the goods arrive damaged or are different to your order, we undertake to refund the price paid, provided the goods are returned. For any claim to be accepted, Dunstans Publishing Ltd must be notified within ten days of receipt of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The contracts do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.
